The village of Uzumlu is around a 20-minutes drive from Fethiye. It translates as 'Grape' as the village is awash with grape vines throughout the summer until late Autumn producing some sweet tasting grapes. Uzumlu does produce some excellent wine from which you can sample at the local 'Uzumlu Winehouse' which also serve some delicious dishes on offer in their restaurant.
