Uzumlu, a lovely peaceful retreat hiding away in the hillside overlooking the neighbouring harbour town of Fethiye. It has a quaint village square, many locals gather in the square after a hard day's work in their fields, where they grow some tasty fresh fruit and vegetables which are sold to local restaurants and on the markets in the Fethiye area
The village has some amazing mountain views and beyond across Fethiye through the mountains which can be seen from some of the many trails marked out for local walking groups and individual walkers.
