We are very pleased to offer this lovely characterful 3 bedroom villa for sale in Bodrum, located in the small village of Kucukbuk, on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort of Gundogan, found on the northern shores of the Bodrum peninsula in the south-west of Turkey.
Kucukbuk is not very well known, especially to foreign tourists, it is mainly visited by locals and visiting Turkish tourists who tend to stay in the local pensions or private accommodation in the village, or quite often in Gundogan itself, around 2-3km away where there are more local amenities.
The whole of the Gundogan area is surrounded by pine clad hills, quite different to some of the barren areas of Bodrum. The village is known for its sponge diving and its olive and citrus groves that fill the local fields.
A traditional fishing village with a lovely laid back atmosphere, much more relaxed than some of the large resorts of Bodrum. The beach in Gundogan is a long stretch of sand that sits in the centre of the bay, with protruding jetties on either side laden with sun loungers, perfect spots for watching the boats in the bay or the wind surfers steadying their sails.
