Set to the west of the town, just off the road through from Kadriye to Belek, thus, close to bus services for a short 3-4 minute journey to the beach, the centre of Belek if the summer heat is too much, Kadriye town centre, Land of Legends Theme Park and of course several golf courses, whilst some course can be reached on foot.

Turkey Homes have secured a vast land plot and have a building permit in place, the land to be divided into equal plots of approximately 450m2, the first step for you is to choose your preferred plot and you can secure the plot for a small deposit of 5,000 Euro, followed by a 30% down payment after 2 weeks, in which time the land will be put in your name and land preparation can begin and you can sit down with our architect and discuss and possible changes to the layout of our initial design.

The plot will be walled and gated to offer you privacy and security, whilst we promise that building work will comply with all the latest building regulations set by the Turkish government, which will include earthquake safety and your home will be fully insulated for heat and sound, all of which will be covered by a Turkey Homes guarantee for 5 years, whilst the build process from start to finish will take approximately 10-11 months. in the meantime you can sit back and relax as we will keep you updated with each stage of the build process.

For the remaining balance of the villa, we can offer you flexible interest-free payments for 60% of the balance over 12-months monthly or quarterly whichever suits you best, whilst the final 10% will be payable upon completion and title deed transfer, but our work will not stop there, we can assist you when buying your furniture, help you to choose your own style of kitchen and bathroom fittings, floor coverings and any other interior fixtures and fittings, whilst we also offer professional rental management services if you are buying for investment use.

Current Design & Layout

The top floor, part of the arched roof space, will host the final 2 bedrooms, again spacious double room with en-suite facilities, whilst the two top floor room will enjoy the views via a large front window.

When complete. the villa will have the infrastructure in place for air conditioning units to be installed in all rooms and also the infrastructure for central heating.
