The “Fashion Unites for Turkey” initiative, implemented in cooperation with Vogue Turkey and UNICEF Turkey, aims to reach children affected by the earthquake in ADIYAMAN and KAHRAMANMARAS.
Vogue Turkey is inviting the local and global fashion industry to join forces within the scope of the "Fashion Unites for Turkey" campaign to draw more attention to this disaster's consequences on children and implement practices that will enable these children to recover with UNICEF Turkey. The charity campaign invited its followers to donate to UNICEF Turkey. It started with photographers, models, makeup artists, celebrities and phenomena from all over the world sharing their shots with "Fashion Unites for Turkey" T-shirts on their social media accounts as of March 6. During the month of March, everyone in the fashion industry will be able to participate in the global call for children in need by sharing the images of this campaign via the donation link.
As the first leg of the Fashion Unites for Turkey campaign, ANIM is offering 13 special pieces from the Spring/Summer 2023 collections by Ceren Ocak, Dice Kayek, Gaios Design, In the Mood For Love, Meltem Özbek, Misela, Nihan Peker, NU, Özgür Masur, Serena Uziyel, Sudi Etuz and Zeynep Arçay, which they designed specifically for this project, for sale by auction at Artam Antique.
The entire income from the auction, which started at 17:00 on March 13, 2023, and will end on March 15, 2023, at 20:00, will be transferred to the "Fashion Unites for Turkey" fund of the UNICEF Turkey National Committee.
With "Fashion Unites for Turkey", Vogue Turkey aims to show that the fashion industry can support the protection of children, support health and nutrition needs, provide psycho-social support and activate child-friendly spaces with the global impact it creates by coming together in case of need.
